I don’t get the point you’re trying to make, Birmingham is 20 minutes from either Coventry or Wolverhampton?

Yeah it’s fine, I work around the corner from the blues ground and if I work on match days I take my break when the games on and listen to one of the halves with no problem

I get the buses cause I like to have a drink on match days daysaver on the buses is like £4.40 but you can get a network day tripper which gets you on all buses and trains in West Midlands for like £8. People moaning about paying an extra £3.60

Villa are premier league now, realistically how many of the 19 games will be Saturday 3pm kick offs. I can imagine atleast 8-10 games not being Saturday 3pm

I genuinely can’t get my head around some people on Twitter you know. They’re moaning that the price of travel should be included into the price of saying that the travelling is a problem. Birmingham is a 20 min train journey and costs like £4 extra to get to. I’m sure our fans will just find...

The twitter account keep telling fans that they expect clashes to be minimal. So I’d imagine for the majority of the weekends we will be playing alternative weekends to the blues

Better days do you have the actual link to this article? Do you need to be subscribed to the times to view it?

Very true reflection on that. The anti sisu pro wasps lot think we’re bitter when we say how much the wasps are in the shit but in reality they’re in dire straight. Finishing 8th last season and losing most of their top players should be a wake up call

    Ricoh

I’m still in absolute disbelief that a load of cov fans have spent the last two days defending the wasps and the council on Twitter and pinning solely the blame onto sisu. It’s an equal 33.3% split in my eyes. The Coventry council tax payer did not want the red carpet treatment to be rolled...

    St Andrews confirmed!

I’ll be at St. Andrews next season with my flag! I for one hope Ricoh pull the sponsorship of the ground and they suffer big time with us not being there.

    Hummell

Just read on oldham twitter page that Hummel have took over their club shop completely so maybe they’ll do the same with us and it won’t be a different club shop provider just using Hummel kits

    Hummell

Bit shit tbf I thought we were gonna get rid of a retail provider who provides us with simple stock kits that have the badge ironed on. I thought we were just going to have a kit supplier that supplied us a bespoke kit.

    Preseason thread

Swindon and Everton u23 are in la manga week of July 8th-13th. Doubt wed be going there for pre season and playing Swindon twice in a month

    Hummell

Middlesbrough tried to get James Arthur to unveil their new kit at radio 1 weekend but couldn’t due to the gambling logo. Reading the comments it looks like Hummel have made a kit that nods to a kit they had in the 80’s. Let’s hope they can make a bespoke kit for us that’s a nod to an old kit

Coventry Sport - a show of unity

Seen more people at the Ricoh last season wearing Coventry rugby scarfs and hats in the winter than I’ve ever seen before. From the majority of city fans I speak to they don’t agree with the rugby version of mk dons being in the city.
