Video Callum O'Hare scores a BRACE as Coventry City beat Birmingham 🤩| City Unseen 📺 | Birmingham City (H)

I really don't think you can draw that conclusion. The guy is a very good player and can shoot, but in match situations he's been thwated multiple times by excellent goalkeepers narrowing the angle and making (sometimes lucky) blocks. You can't compare it with training exercises.

OK, so in those pictures you can still see the arm extending away from the body and moving toward the ball before making contact? I don't blame the officials one iota in this case, and I wouldn't have done if we'd lost. The notion that we typically get unfair treatment from refs is ludicrous.

Maybe it’s a penalty under the current rules and maybe it isn’t. That’s not even the point. It’s the desire of some people to have a moan about a fine ref, even after a comfortable home win. I presume everybody around you was a Coventry City fan. He tries to chest it and doesn’t quite get to...

    SIGNED!!!! - Tatsuhiro Sakamoto

All true, but on top of that is his technical ability (touch, vision, weight of passing). We don't seem to have paid much for him, and you've got to hand it to the scouting team, although did I read that he was almost an 'accidental' find when we were looking at someone else?

There's no way the ref or a linesman could give the handball with any confidence. Marginal call even with VAR. Your above criticisms of the officials are completely unreasonable.

btw if we can't hang on to O'Hare I don't see any reason why Saka couldn't adapt to that role.

Not gonna do all the ratings, just a few random thoughts. Bidwell was mostly great, but I don't get the praise for his crosses - nearly always too floaty. Milan's free kick would have been our best corner of the season. Saka - when he signed I expected some tricky wing play, but he's such a...

FFS stop torturing yourself (and the rest of us). The whole idea of a penalty shootout is that it produces a winner because someone's guaranteed to miss, and it could easily be a player who knocks them in for fun in practice. Let's face it, in many shootouts there are multiple misses. This one...

    Recruitment has been shocking

At least one double-barrelled name is obligatory these days, so that lineup should be Faggots, Chips and Mushy-Peas.

Some (nearly all) of the comments about Ayari are excessive (1/10 etc.). Yes, we can all see he's lightweight for this environment, but he was superbly involved in a great move in the first half. I don't think he should be starting games, especially a tough one like yesterday's. But he has...
