There must have been nearly 100 coaches in the Pink car park. They are public transport and they had to use the tota lly inadequate roads

    Feeling Sick & Downright Depressed

I felt for Josh. He looked as if he was fighting back tears. So pleased for him that he scored. OK, he should score, he's a professional footballer, but so is everyone who misses.

They had to rebuild Wembley because Geoff Hurst scored a few goals there

Absolutely right. All that money being spent on development around the stadium and not a penny to improve the roads

    Seppala and Fisher

Yes, I've had the same thought. A bit like teams selling a young player cheaply but insisting on a high percentage sell on fee. Common sense really

Jamie Allen is Guilty of War Crimes

It wasn't the system that was wrong it was that Allen was struggling. If we had a more robust AM to replace him that would have been the right move..

    Breaking News!

OK it was a bad miss but not as bad as the OP suggests. I was very unhappy when I saw he was going to take it and don't think he should have been put in that position, but I guess it would have been more pressured if he'd been 10th up, although it shouldn't get that far.

    Our club[emoji170]

Watford and Norwich should have been good but they weren't. But they might be next year. Many relegated teams take a season or two to re-adjust. It really is too difficult to predict with the odd exception

My friend was told by a Luton fan that there is a rumour they are considering ground share with MK. This has not been independently verified

To beer or not to beer, that is the question

I don't need the excuse of football to have a drink so rarely drink before a game. Definitely not drinking on Saturday as I'm 80, with a dodgy bladder amd a 2 hour coach journey, and that's 2 hours after getting out of the car park

    First city game

Honestly don't know but would have been around 1959/60. Lived in a village near Rugby, no transport of my own, so had to go when and where anyone offered to take me. Had no link to Coventry so we went to the odd game at Leicester, not to support them but because they were First Division

    Block roll call

Block 544 for us. Wanted Club Wembley (2nd tier) as we enjoyed it there last two visits, but at 11:30 there were only a few scattered singles available

    TICKETS

I don't follow the logic. Putting the regular STs on sale doesn't take anything away from buying the Premier gamble ST if that's what you want. I'm not going to pay 500 just because I'm impatient

    Season Tickets!!!

I thought they were keeping this season's tickets and reloading them

    TICKETS

A few rows up from the subs bench there was a small block of black seats, (larger and presumably more comfortable) enclosed with barriers with Vodafone branding. I never saw anyone sitting there. I think they have been replaced with more normal blue seats and this was the empty small block...
