So how could next years finances look ?

OSB knows what he is doing. Makes sense to me. Would the club have to pay for transport for fans as part of any deal agreed with the football league? Over the course of a year, a mini bus, petrol and some snacks could add up... Ive used OSB's figures and tried to calculate what happens in...

    sisu's accounts

ACL took a court order out that effectively froze the bank accounts. According to the Administrator, the application attempted to freeze some of CCFC Holdings Ltd - ACL probably didn't know which accounts related to which company. I imagine these have now been unfrozen. Once the administrator...

In full: Appleton's report to the High Court

I haven't said there is a conspiracy. I have highlighted two opinions that in my view are similar. His report starts by giving background to the administration. I would suggest that how 90% of the debt was incurred is quite important. He needs to clarify how and when these changes took...

    Tonight's statement from the administrator.....

CCFC Holdings Ltd is the parent company of CCFC Ltd, so the defence would be its a different type of third party ownership. Holdings Ltd can only exert control over CCFC, not another club. Whether that defence would work, I don't know, but can imagine a lawyer making good use of it...

In full: Appleton's report to the High Court

If I were her defence lawyer, I'd say She's an employee/Director of SISU, based in the Cayman Islands. The direction came from SISU, not her personally.

In full: Appleton's report to the High Court

Its all a question of dates. Up to May 2011 accounts submitted in June 2012, the evidence suggests CCFC Ltd. It may well have happened since June 2012. After that, it appears that no-one has been informed of any changes that should have been informed - any company giving credit to CCFC Ltd...

If you take that to the logical conclusion, I think you would have to look at the accounts of the parent company SBSL Ltd for the real numbers...

    Completed all current player transfers

The FL have allowed CCFC Ltd to take ownership of the GS. The FL have allowed the contracts to be registered in CCFC Holdings Ltd. Are the FL not then complicit in all of this. It stinks.

    Completed all current player transfers

I missed that bit of the statement, but looks as though I was right when suggesting that all of the players contracts that were in CCFC Ltd were in fact moved over to CCFC Holdings Ltd and that had to have taken place during last summers transfer window. Ive put a new post up here on the golden...

Definitive proof that the club is owned by ccfc ltd

There are a lot of people who think the share is with CCFC Ltd. The problem will be convincing the lawyers. SISU's team of very experienced and very clever lawyers. Do you really think you will be able to take them on single handedly with this small bit of evidence and win?

SBI Forum with Tim Fisher announced for next week

Does it say who the email is on behalf of at the bottom - CCFC Ltd or CCFC Holdings Ltd? 'Jonathan Strange, CCLSC Chairman, gratefully agreed to Mr Fisher’s request for CCLSC to host a forum'. Wonder if they were his exact words?

So where is the CCFC football trade?

Excellent post OSB. We now have excellent evidence on both companies reasons for existing, from the point of incorporation all the way up to at least May 2011. There is compelling evidence that CCFC Ltd is the football club. As far as I'm aware, there is no evidence that anyone has...

    Paul Appleton (without prejudice)

Thanks for the link. According to your document, on CCFC Holdings Ltd, how many players does the company employ? Which section shows how much it gets in revenue from match day receipts. Where does it say how much it pay the players? Where does it list the players registrations as assets...
