The problem here is that the ‘community’ that Wasps want to attract live largely outside Coventry in more affluent Warwickshire. They can’t build up their club and build revenues based on support from within Coventry. CCFC draws most of its support from less affluent working class Coventry.

Completely agree. However I can assure you there are plenty of conservative leaning voters in Coventry who are 100% behind the council's stance regarding SISU. It seems to me it's just fashionable these days to blame parties other than SISU.
