    Lost fans

The vanishing fans are unfortunately in the majority by many thousands. Only the minority now remain. Will they ever return? Yes of course, but only when the club has owners who are positive and can develop some form of enthusiasm amongst the stay sways. At the moment all we have from SISU is...

    Happy Christmas Everyone !!!

Merry Christmas to everyone from this old codger who has celebrated Xmas as a Bantams and Sky Blue supporter since 1952 !

    Lack of ambition.

That's what I said Otis, not knocking Slade's appointment but the fact that SISU want to operate on a shoe string when we all know massive investment is required with a proven long term manager appointed. The only way forward is new owners.

    Lack of ambition.

Whilst appointing Russell Slade seems the ideal short term solution, it clearly once again shows the owner's lack of ambition. This short sighted appointment means that no investment once again seems to be the priority. The club will continue to be run on a shoe string budget of loan signings...

    Are SISU really under pressure?

I don't feel SISU are rattled yet, but believe TF might be. SISU lack emotion and purely look at the accounts. They don't care if we are in the Conference or not providing they are not losing money

    Next Protest

By all means continue the visible and physical protests for maximum exposure to our plight. To me, it appears as if TF/SISU have declared war on us, the supporters. However, I wonder if there is a subtle way out of the public eye and the eyes of TF/SISU to undermine them and look for anything...

    Fisher is the problem

This post should be published in the CET, emailed to the FA, Tim Fisher.

    Blackmail ?

Tim Fisher's threat to cut the squad if we don't put money into the coffers to fund CCFC. Well, Timothy, put a product in front of us that we want to buy, and we will. Bit like a shop selling inferior products saying they won't invest unless we buy their inferior products! In my opinion, the...

    Simples !

Falling fans = falling revenue. Increasing fans = increasing revenue. Basic commercial common sense, Mr. Timothy Fisher ! Fans = revenue. Over and out till SISU have gone.

    Dear Tim ....

Speculate to Accumulate! I ran a Limited Company successfully for 30 years knowing that in order to generate profit meant speculating. Tim's philosophy or business model is to work within cash-flow ensuring that income exceeded expenditure without foresight or investment as to future success...

Does anyone else get the feeling?

That there is something going on behind the scenes? For example, why wasn't a new manager appointed when TM left? The fact that Venus has still not resigned after five successive defeats? In today's post match comments MV slagged off the club - and he is a Director! There are rumours and...

    JR2 - SISU's bargaining tool?

Will SISU use JR2 as a bargaining tool to negotiate a new deal with wasps? Offer to withdraw it for an acceptable deal?

An insult to the memory of Jimmy Hill

I have to agree with you but even then all seater stadiums became compulsory. At least JH acted in the interests of the club, even though they failed. He was nowhere as bad as SISU under his chairmanship. My comparison was for his time as Manager alongside a pro-active Board of Directors.

An insult to the memory of Jimmy Hill

To those who say it's now virtually impossible to reach the Premiership - Bournemouth, Norwich, Leicester, Southampton, QPR have all gone from Division One to the premiership in recent years with owners with vision.

An insult to the memory of Jimmy Hill

My original post was nothing to do with kids parties or NOPM. To those who weren't around to experience just what JH did it is difficult to explain the emotional feeling of being part of the club. He had the support of Derek Robins, a local business man and passionate Sky Blues supporter as...

An insult to the memory of Jimmy Hill

It is amazing how soon any opening thread is soon taken out of context. I just wonder how many of those responding were actually around in the 60's to experience the work of Jh?

An insult to the memory of Jimmy Hill

Hello, my friend, you are free to comment of course, but what is your opinion of the present day ccfc? I don't know if you go back to the 60's and the Jimmy Hill era? How do you see a future for the company calling itself ccfc Ltd?
  19. Voice_of_Reason

An insult to the memory of Jimmy Hill

The present day ccfc is an insult to the memory of Jimmy Hill and all he achieved for the Sky Blues. He transformed an ailing club into a major force and built a foundation for it's future only to have it dismantled over the last ten years by successive owners before sisu arrived to virtually...

Venus, not good enough for Division One

Reading Venus's comments it would appear that he might be aiming criticism at Sisu for their short sighted policy of Little investment into building a team, thinking kids would do the job. This is the reason Mogga left appreciating that you can't build a team of kids and has beens. You can...
