I do give to beggars, but not if they ask. My thinking is I would want someone to help out some I cared about if I couldn't. I know, I'm naive.

I was also thinking about that. It might help younger players homegrown to break through as if I remember rightly, don't they have to have played x amount of matches for their country before they can be signed if the are from abroad?
