    Unbelievably depressed

Do they play attractive football (genuine question)? I didn't catch the Spurs v Wycombe game nor did I travel to Adams Park this season due to work commitments, but a friend from work is a Wycombe fan and says they play dire, hoofball route one football. Not pretty, but they're very effective at it.

Firm but Intelligent - NTFC (a)

I am as hurt by current scenario as any other CCFC fan. I despair at what is going on & I agree entirely that there needs to be organised forms of protests taking place. What I am failing to understand here is the continual backing by fans of yobbish and thuggish behaviour. Fans were smashing...

    Checktrade question?

Usually enjoy a conversation with an opposing fan when they take the time to come on and comment. This guy seems like a smug tosser. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

*should* doesn't really matter in football. It doesn't read that. Slade has time to turn it round, but to suggest we should keep him on now for the next season given his start is absurd Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

You'd give someone who's got two points in five games the job next season regardless? Love the logic Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    I'll be brief...

You didn't happen to miss the Bristol rovers game by chance did you? Possibly worst performance I've ever witnessed Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    SLADE OUT!!

Were playing dark ages football which was what most on here called for. 'Give it long', 'big in the tackle' etc... careful what you wish for Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    JOB

Especially ones that were at best average. Got nothing against JOB, did a steady enough job for us without pulling up any trees. Good luck to him at Ross County but not sure it required a thread...

    Best Coventry Central Midfielder?

Looking for the right thread to post this on, and i guess this kind of fits the bill. Definitely doesn't meet the requirement of 'Best City Midfielder' mind. Went with a friend to Cheltenham v Bradford last night. Friend I went with supports Cheltenham and it was £5 a ticket so thought why the...

    Homeland is back

I think I got to around the point you're at and gave up. Loved it to begin with & then got really bored.

    Mowbray's got a new job..

I agree he's made his mark in the transfer window and I'm looking forward to seeing more. I am slightly perplexed from the love in I've seen so far for Slade though. 2 points from 4 games & the Bristol Rovers performance is up there with the worst I've ever seen in my time following City. Not...

Checkatrade - time to own up

I was thinking the same thing. Potential buyer sees sell out Wembley crowd with just 8,000 currently st home. Obviously no guarantees but can't be bad publicity Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

If you think credit should go to the whole team for his record minutes for clean sheets, then criticism should go to the whole team for his minutes per conceding...

Checkatrade - time to own up

Out of interest Nick, how do you think this would work? I remember seeing it last time it came around. I've been to three Checkatrade games this season, all of which I have bought tickets for on the gate so it doesn't show against my online account number. I am also not a season ticket holder...

Checkatrade - time to own up

I have no qualms with anyone jumping on the bandwagon as such for the latter stages. Everyone who associates themselves with this depressing club deserves even the slightest bit of happiness. Not that I want to get ahead of myself or that it might not even be an issue, but I would hope the club...

Very good point had forgotten that. Cheltenham or Bradford are probably polar ends of the scale in terms of who id want to so would be a strange draw should we get either of those two. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I would quite like Cheltenham away for that reason. Not too far, fairly good turnout maybe? they're lower league 2 etc. However I imagine we'll be getting a lot more than 2 or 3k in next round with the prospect of a Wembley trip on the horizon Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
