Withdrawing a complaint to the european commission

Its not irrelevant at all, it is possible that the commission could decide that there is no grounds for complaint within 12 months.

Withdrawing a complaint to the european commission

One thought is this. If this is a formal complaint then the following applies:- "The Commission services endeavour to investigate a formal complaint within a non-binding time limit of 12 months from when they are registered. The investigation could be longer based on the circumstances of the...

Withdrawing a complaint to the european commission

am here - the whole purpose of me posting was to see where the statements of "The complaint to the EU cannot be withdrawn" came from. Oldskyblue confirmed it and shmmeee posted a link to a CET article stating that the EU themselves confirmed that it can't be withdrawn. I am satisfied - as you...

Withdrawing a complaint to the european commission

Thank you for a sensible answer without all the abuse. I had looked myself and not seen any way of withdrawing the (state aid) complaint but that of course didn't mean there wasn't one. The link given by astute confirms that it can't be, I must admit the telegraph article had passed me by...

Withdrawing a complaint to the european commission

If there was no complaint they wouldn't have any need for the indemnity clause would they?

Withdrawing a complaint to the european commission

It does say that yes - I have looked at state aid claim stuff an it all seems to be based around one member state complaining about another? The whole thing is a rats maze, it needs someone with legal experience/knowledge to look at it.

Withdrawing a complaint to the european commission

Maybe this doesn't apply in this case but if this link is relevant maybe SISU could withdraw their complaint to the EU:- Userguide This might be a way ahead. Maybe someone with more legal knowledge could comment on this (such as oldskyblue)?

Is Wycombe a one-off or the new normal?

Thumping teams 4-1 is never going to be too regular with our style of play. With Godden returning to form though I predict that we will be winning on a more regular basis from now on, I think we will consolidate a place in the playoffs in the coming games.

Back at the Ricoh in January

If I had reported them to the police for alledgedly buying the house on the cheap in the hope of them going bankrupt and me picking up the house on the cheap when it gets re-possessed then I wouldn't be surprised they had done that.

    John Fleck MoM

I just found it interesting that someone playing for us only a couple of seasons ago is good enough to be MoM in the premier league in a match against the league leaders. When we have players who are good in our side I always wonder how well they would do at the top level. Just goes to show that...
