Some clubs have dreadful forums. I can't remember who's it is, but I particularly hate the forums where answers to a post are preceded by "re: re: re: re:" ad infinitum.
Also, you may have been using too much weight. The secret is to concentrate on doing each excercise with good form and not be fixated on trying to use plenty of weight.
I don't know if this van features on FB or Twitter. I don't have an interest in it. I just go there when I'm at the Ricoh because the food is better, cheaper and, as you say, the service is quicker than inside the stadium.
