Not convinced it was 4-4-2 tbh looked more 4-2-3-1. I think he needs to go 4-4-2 with positivity I think Bigi has been good but if he is going to play 4-4-2 you need someone to be a pit forward thinking in the centre as well this is the team I would go with for Gillingham. RCC...

Thought we played well and draw was the fair result - still do not think the formation is right though Sordell looks too isolated up top. We need a second forward up top still think 4-4-2 is best formation for our team/squad. Still good point away let's hopefully build upon this one.

I think that TM is way too stubborn when it comes to changing a formation that simply is not working. I know he does not like it but with this squad currently it screams out that we play 4-4-2 even more so given recent results.....will love to see him try it at Miillwall, think ill be...
