Drank in there when we visited in November 2007. That was the trip where Dublin, right at the fag end of his career, played for Norwich - we lost 2-0 in a pathetically bad performance, not sure we even had a shot on target. Still, decent boozer (not sure it was worth the £30 train fare though).

I think that's being wound down; more and more clubs are getting managers from abrorad now, having recognised that by choosing the same olf faces they're hiring people who've failed more than once. It used to be just the big clubs but now even the likes of Charlton, Boro, West Brom, etc are...

Well SISU sacked Pressley when we hit 21st in League 1, and sacked Thorn after three draws in three games at the start of a League One season, so let's see what happens....

See above - there's one thing picking young players, but we're picking our development squad when we should be signing proven pros in the 25-30 age range. I'm sure other clubs don't have this. We mustn't pick teenagers, pick players in the prime and drip the kids in gradaully, not throw them in...

I just think it's too soon. Our average age must be 23 in any given XI this season. I'd be a lot happier if we had a squad where the average age of our team would be more like 27/28, with pros in their prime not just kids starting out in the game (and as you say, we don't know if they'll make it...

It's annoying because it feels like TM has been told "we haven't got much money so if you can't sign the players you want within our budget, you'll just have to pick kids". Depressing that we are having to rely on lads under 21 to pad out our first team squad.

It would be called quality journalism. 3 stories a day would be more than enough. Traditional papers are dying on their arse because of running with re-hashed content that online blogs like BuzzFeed, HuffPo, Guido etc have picked up first...putting out all this click-bait and second-hand "news"...

Not a problem on a website though; no idea why they publish crap stories like "spot yourself in the crowd", fan's views, "rumour mill", "have your say on whether CCFC have signed enough defenders", and spend more time on analysis from the likes of Andy Turner, or proper expert columnists like...

Referring to DKE makes me nervous. He's a kid, not ready to be a regular starter.

Let's face it, the CT has been totally quiet on Smith, as well as Ojala and McBean so the only way we're going to find out is by waiting and seeing!
