We would have been better off with Robins

We had far more Hamers than Walkers. It’s a better strategy than spending £5m a time on shite from L1 that’s had half a decent season.

We would have been better off with Robins

Not signed endless shite and shipped out anyone with a clue?

We would have been better off with Robins

I don’t. I think king has disrupted the playing side too much.

We would have been better off with Robins

100% An extra £10m or whatever means nothing when it’s wasted anyway.

We would have been better off with Robins

Just gutted we couldn’t get it over the line and double gutted we’ve wasted the windfall consolation prize. At least we’re no worse off than when Sisu picked us in league position even if off the pitch is much worse.

    The new signings so far

This. If you’d picked him up for £2m you’d be saying great little prospect. For £5m or whatever he should be much better or much more consistent.

    Like where the goal is.

We would have been better off with Robins

Isn’t the entire point supposed to be that he’s loads better? Who else are we supposed to compare him to if not the bloke he replaced?

Match Thread West Bromwich Albion - Coventry City Match Thread - Wednesday 11th Dec

I’d stick Eccles at RB of all our options. Lats is OK but not good enough on the ball. I’m not convinced all MvE needs is a rest but maybe.

    Transfer Rumour January transfer window

If we’re banning of Lampard getting a new team we’re fucked. It’s been clear all along he’s expected to get the best out of this squad.

If that’s your hypothesis to when we clicked sure. The coaching setup ended in March BTW.

Would be stuck in legal hell for decades before a single house got demolished.

    32. And I don’t know. But you make infrastructure decisions for decades. Looking at the pictures it’s not exactly 250 year old oaks that are being torn down. The PR focus is on trees cos that’s where public sympathy lies but if you read the actual complaints being made it’s the usual crap.

We would have been better off with Robins

Im not shitting on it. I’m sure it’s important. I just think given £35m I’d rather hand it to Boddy and Badlan than King and Austin.

How many are going to be planted? It’s just more nimby bollocks tbh.

Passing Backwards and Going the Same Way

Badlan scouted players based on data. Fuck knows how Austin scouts players.

Of course everything clicking together is the sign of an effective coaching setup.

We would have been better off with Robins

We still don’t have a secure home by EFL definitions, just saying. And if a shit training ground was stopping the current footballing geniuses from signings maybe it wasn’t holding us back that much.

We would have been better off with Robins

Well always have looming financial panic until we are established in the Prem or happy in L1. Aren’t you worried about what happens in 3.5 years when Doug is bored and we aren’t promoted?
