I think he'll do alright. 1 season in this league, attracted some decent players, got to play off against a Villa team that really should have been top 2. Looking forward to the Lampard era, hoping for improved performances and general comfort this season now then really kick on next season.

With the amount of time this has now been "very close" i have a strong mental image of Lampard edging King for 2 days straight but refusing to finish him off. Only when he agrees to pay up for the coaching staff will he grant him his sweet release.

Correct, I think we were heading for real bother which is why something had to be done to try and correct it. It will always be the right decision to me but we've done that bit to death. I think new eyes on the group will be good and I think we'll be ok. Let's hope so anyway!

Agreed, can't happen. My prediction is we'll head into January in around the league position we are now, maybe a touch higher, then the new man will bring in a couple of players that'll help us squeak around 12th position. I agree with what Evo said last night that we're maybe 3 players off...

If our third manager of the season still decides starting Lati and Dasilva is a good idea I might just pack it in.
