I get his point but at then end of the day if a team is that much better then they would have scored in the first 90 minutes to start with, plus they get a second chance at extra time. Everyone knows the deal and risk involved and they should be taken into account whilst setting up tactics.

I would just buy a decent wordpress theme and style it sky blue. Those sites are dead cheap and easy to make. I'm sure there would be people willing to send over some thoughts of their own as well... maybe a section on the fans views with quotes etc.
