    Frank Lampard Rumours

Working within the structure isn't the same as working with the personnel in that structure. Could have been some differences in understanding?

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

So your argument that Labour having 20% is no mandate from the people, but 26% is fine. And a petition with less than 5% of voters (and we can't verify all those signatories are genuine) should be enough for a discussion to have another general election. It's all over the place. The only thing...

How many people might not need chemotherapy in the future if we convince govts to stop allowing carcinogens and pollutants to be pumped into the air/water?

1984 is one of my favourite books. I don't mind LotR either.

    Steve Cooper?

Yeah, but the Leicester supporters only disliked him because they were jealous of his good looks.

    Bassette Shithouse Appreciation

Trouble is you can see opposition managers being aware now and telling his own players to wind bassette up. He will react.

    Transfer Rumour January transfer window

But the fact he's so hot and cold is an issue. When he's on it he's almost unplayable, but to often, and seemingly out of nowhere, he loses all confidence and spark. So much so that you start to think there may be some underlying condition or reason. For me he's the one that Dr Roberts should...

Match Thread Coventry City - Sheffield United Match Thread - Saturday 23rd Nov

WB's primary focus is on defensive duties, but getting forward when possible. Not on attacking duties and getting back when possible. The 3CB's are there to cover and slow down an attack until the WB can get back into the defensive formation. They're not expected to deal with the situation while...

    Transfer Rumour January transfer window

I think we'd leave most of our business to the summer, but IF we had potential signings lined up and we need the money I could definitely see us selling Sheaf.

The Hamer applause at the corner

He did. He only wanted to stay if we went up, as he wanted to play PL football. We didn't, so he wanted to leave. Doesn't mean he didn't enjoy his time here, or still feels an attachment to the club. But as a professional footballer he wanted to move, simple as that.

    Transfer Rumour January transfer window

I've moved to wanting an experienced CB more than the CM, though I think that's still a requirement, We're conceding far too many goals. I'd like another RB/RWB as we're relyig on MvE playing every game and I think it's affecting his performance. Worst case scenario is Dabo, where he had to...

Do you trust Rachel Reeves plans in relation to local government pensions?

It's heading in the same direction as under the Tories, using very similar methods, so if it does imply Labour incompetence it also highlights how incompetent the Tories are. The only thing that makes me sanguin about the current situation is that I'm sure it's slightly better than if the...

Do you trust Rachel Reeves plans in relation to local government pensions?

Means nothing. it's about 0.5% of the voting population and you'd get enough people who are hardcore supporters of other parties to reach that number. If we paid attention to it we'd be having geneeral elections every three months regardless of the party in power.

The Hamer applause at the corner

Don't remember that, though I do remember Drogba getting a standing ovation when he went off after the Chelsea cup game as he ran us ragged.
