    Bertie Hound vs Simms

As predicted, Simms has been dropped, despite being rested for 70 mins against Spurs. Bassette has 100% earnt the right to start, and yes, he'll need managing as he's still an inexperienced youngster etc etc, but you can't not play him after his recent performance.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

I'm a working person, 40+ years in Engineering, and the Labour party isn't my fucking party. They've never represented the working class, it's a fucking myth. Bunch of useless looney cunts all of them. (No better than the Tory cunts)

If the searches are terror related, then in light of recent events, surely they'll be taking mobile phones, walkie talkies and pagers off people, rather than taking flasks of hot coffee off pensioners!!!

Typical Palmer. Be interesting to see if Hull can get him fit enough for 90 minutes. If they can, it won't look good for our training methods.

So technically he scored from open play, and supplied his own assist! What a player.

Can't agree with this at all. Big Norm is head and shoulders above what we saw from Wright and Sims at this time last season, there's literally no comparison. If Bassette continues to impress and develop he'll be a first team starter this season, so someone will get dropped. Wright has...

    Game management

It cost us the game. Everyone could see that Allen was knackered, and yet we took players off that were playing well Literally every sub we made had a negative impact on us. If we were saving players for Saturday, we may as well of played the youth team from the start.

Their extra quality was the difference. That first time pass from Maddison was quality, and opened us up. And for the winner, the run and finish from Johnson, who had fresh legs was top draw. Compare that to the clear chance that Wright had! That's what your up against when you face a good...

The pass wasn't good, but look at his first touch, you're getting mugged with a touch that heavy.

That squad depth is the decider To have players like Johnson and Gray who can't get in their usual first team is the difference. Thought we played really well, defended strongly, and could of scored more with better finishing and a bit of luck. Gutted with the result, but lots of positives.

The difference in the subs was the decider. Taking Eccles off was a mistake. Allen was exhausted and should of gone off instead. Their subs gave them a big lift.
