I've just got hold of the planning docs for the opening ceremony. Organiser; Right, we'll pile everyone on some boats. I've found a load of people from the streets and told them to do loads of random shit when the boats go past. No rehearsal needed (fact that none of this was rehearsed!) Et voilà!
