    Eurovision Song Contest

Just for further clarification Boosh and grendull started the thread in question with the sole purpose of attempting to wind me up 5 minutes after our playoff place was confirmed last season. While everyone was celebrating us making the playoffs this pair of idiots were trying to invent a way...

    Eurovision Song Contest

Just in the interest of full disclosure and in case anyone is wondering WTF grendull is going on about I’m being quoted directly here from a DM I sent last year to Boosh/Whale or whatever he calls himself these day’s. Funny how you’ve got access to another poster’s DM’s. It almost as if you have...

    Eurovision Song Contest

Don’t think anyone is saying that Nick. Just pointing out that there was a certain conservative effort in certain circle's in the UK to encourage voting for Israel’s song because it stuck two fingers up to other demographics including but not exclusively the mayor of London and the “woke” type...

    Eurovision Song Contest

The joke was very clearly about transphobic, anti “woke”, anti khan, white lives matter, edl, Britain first, god created Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve, all Muslims are evil types. Still, you keep pretending to not understand that if you think it makes you look anything other than the prat it...

    Eurovision Song Contest

I see Grendull has his gimp back again. How long do you think you’ll have this pseudonym account this time before you get banned again?

    Eurovision Song Contest

Of course they did. But only if you had the vaccine so you were chipped and therefore they know your every move and thought.

    Eurovision Song Contest

I was quite clearly being deliberately facetious as a counter to the very real reasoning of some of the Israel voters. Pretending that I was being serious although exactly what I expected from you doesn’t prove a thing, other than you’re a prat.

    Eurovision Song Contest

I’m not sure San Marino is part of the UK.

    Eurovision Song Contest

Why would they have to have sat through three hours of the show to vote? All you need is the phone number and that became available on line and follow the advice of the Telegraph which had an article telling you to vote for Israel to stick it to the woke. It was funny though that that a bloke...

    Eurovision Song Contest

Apparently the top two reasons in the UK to vote for Isreal by non Jewish people was to stick it to the woke or stick it to Sadiq Khan. Whatever floats your boat I guess.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Depends what you mean by in power. Are they the ones that have the power to change laws and implement policy then yes. The real question is who’s driving the agenda and shaping the narrative. We know Truss’ budget that crashed the economy for instance was the idea of several Tufton St think...

    Death List 2024

Good read. He didn’t really rate them either, once described them as REM with a fuzz box. They didn’t half make a good album though and Heart Shaped Box of the album is probably the finest single they ever released. Never tire of it and in my humble opinion it’s aged incredibly well.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

In which case they’ve re announced/re committed to it today to reassure unions who were worried that Labour were planning to water down plans to restore workers rights lost under the Tories. Either way it should have been a talking point on the media rounds, it wasn’t because of the Elphicke...

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

For anyone who is yet to twig why Elphicke is own goal Labour should have been talking about how they’re 30 points ahead in the latest poll today. Tories should be explaining why they’re 30 points behind. Labour should be talking about their policy announcement today on the commitment to ban...

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

I would assume so but on those numbers I doubt it would make much difference. The one thing it doesn’t seem to factor in is independents running on the Gaza issue. Pretty clear that issue has the potential to damage Labour votes disproportionately to other parties. I can’t see it being a big...

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

In the words of Mark and Lard, whoooo! SNP in opposition is a distinct possibility based on that (yes I know that the polls will narrow and the Tories will end up with more than 13 MP’s at the next GE). Although I suspect the SNP to take a hit at the next GE also. Has there ever been a...

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

She’s going to campaign for Labour on doorsteps in Dover though. What reaction do you think she’ll get on the doorstep of anyone connected to anyone locally who lost their job with P&O. How is she going to be a campaigning asset for Labour in Dover? She’s not going to be backing policies of...

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

A Tory MP who isn’t as popular as some think in her own constituency following her defence of Tory policy when P&O workers were sacked at a moments notice so they could hire foreign workers on less than minimum wage. Truth is the only reason she got such a majority in the last GE was because the...
