    Club Safety Officer sacked

The usual disciplinary HR proceedings now start. IHow quickly the Club can sack her depends on how quickly they can get her in for the obligatory meetings and does her Union or representation challenge or appeal it. She’s been convicted of it so her sacking is as concrete-guaranteed as O’Hare...

    Club Safety Officer sacked

Doesn’t reflect well on our great club at all. She’s a goner. Unacceptable behaviour.

I agree O’Hare is a great player with fantastic technical ability and work rate… but goals and assists are critical part of the number 10 role. It’s like saying he’s a great fisherman - he just can’t catch any fish.

Totally agree. We are totally reliant on Godden and Gyokeres to score every game and it’s unrealistic to expect them to be able to score every game. Your midfield (not including Attacking Mid) should be getting combined 8 goals a season. They didn’t record them back then but I’m sure...

    Our social media

Considering the salaries posted when they had vacancies, I think they do a great job. With Twitter, it’s mostly used by the club for customer service means I.e. responding to fans questions and complaints. They are bang on for replying promptly and openly. I would rather that was the approach...

Wouldn’t surprise me if the CWR commentary desk is used for a bit of pablo at the moment!

    Crowd trouble

I’ve got to say, since lockdown I’m seeing it a lot more than ever before. Whether that’s just me not noticing it previously or people being more blatant, I don’t know. Thankfully those on the train doing it openly in the carriage weren’t wearing colours.

    Crowd trouble

I’m reluctant to criticise our fans as 99.9% are fantastic but this irks me. If people want to take that rubbish they should go and do it out of view of everyone else. It’s intimidating to families attending and leaves a lasting memory. I saw it being openly consumed at Blackburn away on the...

    Crowd trouble

That would be my first choice. I have mentioned before but it usually gets the feedback that it’s impossible and the concourse can’t be altered. It would help for shipping away fans towards the train station (if we had a train running one day) and car park C for away coaches.

    Crowd trouble

There’s exceptions of course but in atmospheric stadiums the most vocal always tend to sit near the away fans. You can try and encourage people to go and sit behind the goal or move the away fans but people will just move to near the away fans. We finally have an atmosphere at the CBS lets try...

    Crowd trouble

I’m hoping you’re right on a box ticking exercise hence it’s been sent out on a Monday morning. There’s been more awareness of our atmospheres and corner this season which has led to some busy-body complaining. I am hopeful this fits into that category rather than paving the way to closing the...

Don’t know if Lyndon is on here but if he is, well done you’re doing a great job. Definitely played a key role in us having a rejuvenated atmosphere at the CBS and when allowed to have the drum for away games.

It’s only acceptable if you’re holding a SISU Out banner. Can’t beat a Saturday afternoon charging across empty rows of seats with your arms out wide like Bill Bright

    Southampton tickets

TBH in a frantic dash to checkout before you lose your basket, it is possible to just click the Adult non ST option which was £15. I did it myself and only noticed when scrolling down that there were £10 options. I have a friend who is big into Adidas special releases, he paid a student £15 an...

    No ambition.

This is one take on it. The other take would be that the January window is for the rich and desperate; we are neither. We properly prepared in the summer and got in our long term targets thanks to the work of Robins and the scouting team. Secondly, we have had January windows in the past where...

    Trouble on Saturday?

I think it’s an EFL wide release rather than aimed at our great support in particular. On the radio today it mentioned West Brom fans launching flares and chairs in their game versus Millwall on Saturday and Birmingham and Derby fans trading seats on Sunday.

Yes it was definitely While the Sky is Blue. You can hear it from 50 seconds here, in our famous 1999 Boxing Day win over Arsenal! My first ever Boxing Day game! Happy times!
