Match Thread Leeds United - Coventry City Match Thread - Saturday 28th Sep

I do agree. That said I think its the year's anniversary of the draw at home to Huddersfield or Rotherham (some nondescript Yorkshire team) where Ayari scored with his nob. That game was as equally as dispiriting as anything we've seen this season so on that basis I'm keeping the faith that we...

    Third Kit Incoming

Ordered as soon as they went on sale, arrived Saturday morning. Great turnaround tbf.

    Spurs Tickets

I think the consensus is that adult prices for this match are fair enough. It's the £25 for a 7 yo that feels too much. Difficult to say what impact on the overall attendance the pricing will have. Looking at the seat map it'll end up as an attendance of 25K I reckon.

Does nobody else think the badge is a bit lazy? Would have looked loads better if they'd put the same design badge from the 60s kits on it rather than essentially just remove the eagle, phoenix and banners from the existing design.

I hope the sponsor logo on the one I've just ordered isn't as off centre as that one!

    Spurs Tickets

I should hope it is, our average league attendances in those seasons were almost identical to the Spurs attendances. We averaged 25k last season and 28K this season so its not comparable.

Um no we're not. We're not even close to QFs at this point.

Colin Healy's injury didn't help either, he was excellent for a while.

    Robins

It's all relative. Two of those games were in League 2 against League 2 sides. We play countless times each season as poorly as we did Saturday but because we scraped a win or a draw nobody talks about it as much. Yes, second half was terrible but Norwich scored with their only shot on...

    Robins

Speaking as somebody who was there on Saturday, at FGR at home in 2017, at Yeovil at home in 2018, and Preston at home last season I can tell you respectfully that you are talking utter bollocks.

    league cup draw

I can get on board with the adult pricing but kids and concessions feels mental. Not sure how it compares with other clubs but Cat A matches for me, my 70yo dad and 15yo daughter to attend is £94. Can see why some will take the Sky on TV option.

    JSB membership package?

Mine came on Saturday morning, a MONTH after we signed up. Too late for us as we'd already left for the game. Despite me explaining the situation to the club shop and asking very politely if they would honour the half price shirt printing they were having none of it.

Match Thread Coventry City - Norwich City Match Thread - Saturday 31st Aug

Just back. That’s now 13 (THIRTEEN) fucking games on the trot I haven’t seen us win. I really fucking hate football. We’ve won about 40% of our matches overall in that time. Therefore the chance of not seeing a win in 13 randomly selected games is 0.13%. I think. I fucking hate football.
