    Transfer Rumour Ellis Simms

Are we talking about Viktor Gyökeres who scored in that game against Benfica who top the Portuguese premier league. That bloke?

Who is good enough next season?

Do you really believe Simms can become a £100m Premiership player with a bit of coaching? Because some other really talented guy likely will?

Who is good enough next season?

Wright has been at 7 clubs in 8 years. There might be a reason for that other than him liking travel and diverse cultures.

Who is good enough next season?

Not sure how you can coach in aggression either. An aside from that is we have no attacking player who can head a ball. I guess heading involves getting in the mix and imposing yourself physically. Which our attackers struggle with.

It’s also why our stats are skewed in that we are attacking games for prolonged periods to try and equalise.

Who is good enough next season?

You mean we need to coach him how to stand, put one foot in front of the other and then kick the round thing properly. Great.

Mate. We’ve beaten Oxford, Sheff Wed and Maidstone in the FA cup. We've done ok in the league. But many new players have been disappointing, Robins still isn’t clear on his best 11 and we seem to be playing worse in the run in. I guess it’s lack of optimism looking forward that we have the...

Who is good enough next season?

Unfortunately my gut feeling is we will look back on the Wright, Simms signings as the biggest mistake Robins made at the club. Wasting a large chunk of the windfall money we got, including associated wages. The only hope is we can sell probably Wright on for half decent money.

Who is good enough next season?

It’s a bit desperate that we already signed 2 strikers, a keeper, a left back and the conclusion is we need a striker, a keeper and a left back…. Ps. Who’s being dropped when EMC comes in?

    Transfer Rumour Ellis Simms

Some of the media pundits seem to be openly going after Simms now. Not going to do him any good. Wont do his resale value any good either.

It would help if we had strikers who could head a ball.

Bidwell can defend. Which might be useful away to the baggies.

I mean you gotta fear the worst with that lineup. Let’s hope no one makes a howler.

I’d be much happier if they were specific about what facilities and when they will be upgraded. We’ve heard generally about ‘infrastructure upgrades’ for years.

Win the FA Cup or promotion for one year .

You reckon the players would regard winning the FA cup as a greater ‘honour’ than making it to the premiership? You’d swap winning the cup as it is now with getting back to the top tier for the first time in over 20 years and playing all the top teams home and away?

Win the FA Cup or promotion for one year .

I think the players would take making it to the Premiership. Playing at the top table, pinnacle of their career. Rather than winning a cup many don’t take seriously anymore. it’s not much of an ‘honour’ anymore is it??

Win the FA Cup or promotion for one year .

Is winning the FA cup that much ‘history’ anymore? Can you remember who won the last few or anything about the games? Did you even watch them? In the end the whole driving purpose of the team and management is to strive for promotion. To become the top Premiership standard.
