    Summer transfer window 2024

I think it's a case of succession planning, with the player brought in starting as back-up.

After a rethink I think it was actually M T Hancock, as I recall referring to them as M T Head.

    Haji Wright

Am I the only one that thought he made some very poor decisions last night and didnt get a cross/shot away? As well as a couple of careless passes that resulted in Oxford breaking? Even with the goals I'd only give him a 7.5 Anticipation and finish for the second was brilliant though.

Why is Binks a hostage in the reveal photo? Was he responsible for the leak? I reckon about 20 seconds after the photo he had his ear cut off.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

I agree, but knowing someone who runs a HAF programme they say so much food is wasted as so many kids refuse to eat it and just chuck it away. And it's not bad food either.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Obviously it would be rolled out among large employers, certainly to begin with anyway.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Covering part of the cost of their retirement is with pension contributions. Why? Doesn't benefit the company is any way shape or form. Only thing is does is protect employees later in life who, some would argue, if they were sensible should be able to set aside enough for their own retirement...

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Not if the law says it isn't... It could be considered a right, just like a break during long working hours.

Was Roland Nilsson our best ever Right Back ?

For me, yes. There are others worthy of a mention such as Borrows, Thomas and Coop, but I think Nilsson was just a class above. Made the game look easy.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

I assume you mean employers, but I didn't say it would be a choice. A similar argument was used when compulsory inclusion to pension schemes was introduced. And with that the employers gets nothing in return. Paying for healthcare you get a healthier, more productive workforce.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

I get there are potential problems, as employers would be less inclined to employ/retain an employee with chronic/severe health issues. But if we want to get the burden down then who else pays it. There would also be benefits to employers, as it should reduce sick days and potentially improve...

Debunking the myth - ‘Doug isn’t getting the commercial things right’

Re: point 1. It depends on what it is they're doing. Some of the stuff that has happened, especially regarding kids and JSB's, pretty much everyone knew immediately they were stupid and counter-productive things to do. That DK/commercial team didn't realise this indicates they don't understand...
