Thing is, they know some will pay it. I could pay a total of £650 to sit in the family zone, but in the end I'll have to pay £1300 to stay in the corner, that's how much I value the difference in matchday experience. Guess they are banking on that.

You've been arguing that the increase from £25 to £200 is just to force jsbs into one area, 'like it used to be'. I've shown from 2016 onwards there was no difference in pricing for jsbs regardless of where they sat and your counter is a screen grab showing that in the season prior there was a...

It was even cheaper in the season you mention, it was only £23 in the standard zone.

This was 7 seasons ago and as far back as online account goes. As I have been saying, kids could go in block 16 and get a free st with £25 membership fee. Was not the case you had to go in jsb zone.

No,.they were free, you just had to pay the £25 membership fee which you had to pay in the JSB section also. I did this for my son in block 16. What is it you're not getting? Even if what you were saying was true, which it isn't, you're going back 8 years anyway. People don't won't to move from...

To qualify for the cheaper adult ticket you had to, but you could buy kids tickets at jsb prices anywhere in the ground.

You keep saying this, but it wasn't. Fuck sake.

Nope, it wasn't. My kids had the free season ticket in block 16 years before SA move.

But I've just given an example of 2 that won't, because they rely on me to take them and their parents, who don't go, won't pay the extra. We'll sell fewer season tickets ultimately. Club know that but I guess they are fine with it.

But saying to my 2 kids we're moving from block 16 to a family section at the opposite end of the ground will have a hugely negative impact on their matchday experience. Don't mind paying a small premium for staying where we are, but it's a huge difference. We'll end up paying the extra, but...

My daughter has gone from £25 to £200. I get the incentive to have an enlarged family section, but really penalising those who want to stay where they are. Last season I paid around £800 for 4 season tickets, to renew in block 16 will be £1300.

Agree with that. More Villa in Nuneaton than Cov now (and plenty of Leicester too) and don't know Warwick and Leamington as well, but sense it's pretty even down there also.

    The penalty

Thought he had a really good game today. Bullied them at times.

Catchment area not nearly as big as Blues, not even close. Don't care particularly, and don't see what today has to with it, as I'm not really commenting about us anyway. I'm talking historically, Blues should be a very big club, but they're not. It's weird really.

There are only 2 clubs in Birmingham the city. And that wider catchment area they share with a couple of other clubs is enormous, over 3 million people. Birmingham clubs, Blues particularly, have poor support imo.

Just come out of Dhillons. Place is rocking. Literally dancing on the tables. It's a very good matchday experience now.

The roar and twist and shout

They were pretty abject. Club on a downward spiral. Kind of get it. They're pretty decent fans normally but were just making up the numbers today.

    Bag of f****n nerves

Proper up for this. Been up, dressed and ready to go since 8am. Might head to the pub now, fuck it. Been a mad season really. If you'd have said to me at that Norwich away game that we'd finish the season above both them and Watford I'd have thought you were a mental case.

    Blackpool v Millwall

Well obviously, the permutations are clear. I see Sunderland getting something from that game.

    Blackpool v Millwall

Absolutely baffled that people thought a win tomorrow would be enough.
