The biggest thing as Robins said at the beginning of Jan was to keep our best players We did that and I suspect some of the funds saved on guys now out on loan will go towards extending and improving Hamer's contract

Bringing in that many new players mid season is often disruptive to a squad Bring in one or two good players and the other 9 starters are happy to welcome them in 6 or 7 can unsettle the team spirit with almost everyone fearing for their place Will be interesting to see how it develops

He doesn't assert himself enough Chases about but seems too predictable Never seems to do something unexpected I guess a lot of it's to do with confidence or the lack of after not scoring for ages
