Cranie was a better defender than Keogh.

    League one centre backs

Thought the Edge was a bit soft tonight. Slow to close down for their 2nd goal. Especially first half, thought we were brushed off the ball too easily by Preston, didn't show enough strength and battle to win the 50/50s.

    Fleck or Mcsheffery

McSheffrey. He was the one who looked most likely to create something (albeit little) vs. Spurs. Although we had little attacking threat, there was a glimmer of McSheffrey's prem experience there.

    Tim Fisher

Saw him on the train away to Swindon, offered him a can. Turned it down, reckoned he would have 'about 12 pints afterwards though'

    Spurs tickets delivery

Bought 2 tickets for the Spurs game on general sale, yet there was only the option to collect, not deliver them. Have tried phoning the ticket office to see if they can be delivered (don't live in Cov) but they've been pretty useless. Anyone else come across the same problem? Probably too...

    Hussey and Malaga

I'm another who's not Hussey's biggest fan. Come January he'll be 24 and will have been here 3 years - no longer can he be considered 'one for the future'. I don't think he's realised his potential yet, but he hasn't shown anywhere near the sort of improvement I'd have expected in 3 seasons...

    Clarrie Bourton - David McGoldrick

It all boils down to wages. It's whether McGoldrick is willing to take a significant pay cut to play regular first team football with us, score goals and potentially end up as League 1 top scorer, or if he'd rather take similar wages at a Championship club and be happy as with appearances off...

    FA cup

8,000 max I'd say. You're best off having a few bevvies in town then getting a cab up to the Ricoh, not many good pubs close by.

Coventry vs Notts County Match Thread

Who is skipper now that Baker has gone off?
  18. D

    Woody!

In all fairness, I actually thought we struggled immensely after Wood went off. Both him and Cameron had very good games today. I know Woody hasn't been in great form this season, but after he went off, Edjenguele had a mare in his place. I think given a run of games together in the team...
