Winnable game. I think we just felt the game was in the bag after Simms' goal, but really needed to get the second. Unfortunately, it went to Cardiff. Bizarre own goal though. Not sure why he whacked it from such close range and expected it to go over the bar.

Wow what a collapse. Think they'll be out in the semis of the playoffs.

I watched the game as well. Your comments were spot on. Agree that Fernandes will need special attention as he is so crucial to making them tick. Really need to keep him quiet if we are to have a chance. Palmer wil be a big miss for us.

Nice to see MR smile and look cheerful. He usually keeps a low profile.

Leicester have looked very vulnerable since we beat them at the start of the year. Think we really cracked their armour of invincibility.

Cardiff have been blowing hot and cold of late. Hope they're the latter on Monday and for a comfortable win as well as losses for Norwich, Hull, Preston and any other close challengers.

He’s a squad player now just like Kelly and Allen. They have to accept their new roles.

    Simms + Wright = ?

Some interesting comments. I think it fair to say the pair of them have come on in leaps and bounds of late and confidence in one's own abilities has a lot to do with it. Pretty much everyone, myself included, was critical of both of them. Glad to be proven wrong and more than happy to eat...

    75 is the magic number.

Usually at least 75 is good for 6th place. Last year was an anomaly. That would mean 5 wins out of the last 8 for us which is a big ask.

Need Norwich to not only lose, but pick up key injuries. Josh Sargent was rested not injured to avoid playing for USA. Bunch of liars

All the PO contenders' remaining games

Those losses vs Norwich and Preston were costly and we'll probably miss out on the POs. Squad is small as well. Finishing 7th or 8th would be quite an achievement> Need to recruit well in the summer.

    USA vs Jamaica Watchalong

Wright has started for the US, but has not done much. Caught offside a few times, but rarely involved and tightly marked. Mexico has not been as dangerous as I expected. The US has been slightly better and took the lead through a Tyler Adams belter just before halftime. Not sure if I’ll be able...

    USA vs Jamaica Watchalong

This Jamaica vs Panama match is so pedestrian, I feel I could put a shirt on and make a meaningful contribution if I wanted to and I haven’t played in ages due to age/injuries. Think/hope the Mexico vs US game is more competitive and Wright starts/scores for the US.

    USA vs Jamaica Watchalong

Jamaica were unlucky to lose. Thought Leigh looked lively throughout the match and took his goal really well. Also has a rocket of an arm for long throws.

I bet Wright starts in the final.

Good to see Wright score. Got the better of Lati for the goal. Unfair on Jamaica who looked largely in control after their goal.
