Fair point. Let’s switch to a Ryanair style ticket system. No choice, randomly assigned, probably won’t be sat together. Whilst we’re at it, charge people a quid to use the toilets, might put off some of the kids powdering their noses every 10 minutes!

You’re paying a fee towards Ticketmaster’s infrastructure not Sandra’s wages.

And it’s the same charge whether you do it yourself online or you head down to the ticket office and have someone do it for you.

    Defensive record

Good as in “solid”. Attacking output has gone miles up this season. The whole premise of 3ATB was that the wing backs were meant to offer an attacking outlet. They very rarely did, and it turns out it wasn’t due to inability to do so.

    “ Ticket Office “

If we’ve now delved into the argument being to bin off the ticket office altogether, I think I’ve got the wrong end of the stick. Fine as it is in my opinion, and to be honest I think as shmmeee has mentioned there are issues with the online platform that could be fixed fairly simply to reduce...

Not free tickets, no. Free “someone else’s time” to sort something fairly simple, be that purchasing tickets, having a minor fix on a car, electrical work round the house. How many garages do you know who charge for parts only?

And me. Key difference though, in terms of this topic, is that I don’t expect to take it down the garage and have someone do it for free.

    Transfer Rumour Marc Leonard

Don’t entirely disagree with the point but sometimes it’s worth plugging the squad gap until the summer with a loan. The right player may not be available (I’m looking at the fact Max Bird is out of contract).

Likes shooting. The poor xG score vs a very good goal return suggests he’s quite a prolific finisher but decision making probably isn’t great. xA of 1.21 for the season suggests he doesn’t pass.At 19, plenty of time to tweak. For comparison, I’ve suggested Sebastian Nanasi in the same league...

Match Thread Coventry City - Swansea City Match Thread - Friday 29th Dec

Also would be tempted to start Dasilva. Bidwell been largely excellent since coming back in but last couple of matches I’ve seen (didn’t see Sunderland) he’s not quite been as effective. May need a break. Simms back in. Godden just didn’t do anything yesterday. Hopefully Kitching red...

Centre mid who’s played a lot of time at LWB. Think he’d fit in the 433 lineup very well. Agree though we’d still need O’Hare or another number 10. That’s maybe where Twine comes into the equation.

    Ratings

Collins - 5 - really not impressed today, ponderous at times. MVE - 6 - more muted than he has been for a while, seemed the opponents’ pace was matching him up. Thomas - 7 - decent performance, steadily improving. Kitching - 7 - good enough at the back (missed the red card incident). Bidwell -...

Just read that Burnley would be willing to accept £2.5m for Scott Twine. Would you take him at that price?

Transfer Rumour Godden off to Derby?

If we get £40m for Godden then I’d probably take it if I was Doug.

    Bobby thomas and liam Kitching

Yes he’s a slow starter. But I’m starting to see enough that he’ll improve on a decent trajectory.

Transfer Rumour Godden off to Derby?

Think one of the things we’re seeing is he’s adding more to his game. His hold up play is slowly getting better and I think we’ve seen Robins try to add this to strikers that have come before. If he can bag a few more and become a bit of a goal scoring target man, that could be rather valuable.
