    Transfer Rumour Haji Wright

20 would be a decent haul first campaign for a new club in a new league.

Match Thread Coventry City - Plymouth Argyle Match Thread - Tuesday 28th Nov

Wright played well tonight it's obviously a hill you want to die on that he's shit. After his goal he held up the ball a few times and brought people in to the game. Less wayward passes than Godden tonight and and the finish was an instinctive one. Simms and Wright for me next game. Really...

Played well but got pegged back for the last 10. I actually think Wright has played decent but the service hasn't quite been there tonight. Godden seems to be really struggling to get in to the game in any way shape or form like to see Simms coming on if no change early this half.

    Player Ratings v Millwall

Third save is by far the easiest of the three but other two go down as great saves rather than poor shooting for me.

It's almost like they have made their minds up isn't it! Always funny how quiet it goes when you put up evidence though right 😂.

On the basis of those 3 pics I'd agree. Ball did seem to end up back in the danger zone a lot rather than claiming or palming sideways but that may be unfair.

    Transfer Rumour Haji Wright

You have to admit the first two were decent shots that the keeper was fairly lucky to keep out. Last shot was a bit more at him. I thought he was unlucky yesterday. What I did see was him creating his own chances with good positioning and pace it's not like he's had it served on a platter and...

Match Thread Millwall FC - Coventry City Match Thread - Saturday 25th Nov

Didn't get to watch yesterday so just caught up on extended highlights. Few thoughts Wright incredibly unlucky not to get on the score sheet and he created all three good chances with his positioning and pace that is a real positive. The keeper pulled off some saves you wouldn't expect him to...

Four out of five home games at night

Bit of an over the top response isn't it? I love a night match but just because they happen to suit your schedule you can't see this many in a row is shite? Where's the nostalgia for the 3pm kick off?

    Jake Bidwell - Rolls Royce

I think Dasilva is a talent but Bidwell has stepped it up and is happy to try some more risky passes and that one there paid off beautifully.

    “Lazy”

Called this out a while back and got a similar response to this thread what is a bit more positive is the number of people willing to have a good think about any possible bias has increased. Every time I see the lazy comment thrown around to a player who clearly isn't all I can think is...

Get a grip, this is a rebuilding season.

It feels like the vast majority of people have never built a team before in or out of football. When people talk about time to help it a mixture of things you are trying to achieve. As a manager you are trying to understand what makes your players tick what motivates them (never all about money)...

Match Thread Coventry City - Stoke City Match Thread - Saturday 11th Nov

My biggest worry this season was tightening up at the back we looked much more settled last game. Even if we end up with a fairly low scoring season we have a better chance of good results. We have a lot of players who on their day have a great shot. We are just waiting on that day.

Oh other hilarious thing from today is Bidwells corner being more useful than the last 90 Eccles has taken 😂
