Bit disapointed with the gate today 22,607 thought there would be more. Still the seasons young when we have been top of the league for a few weeks the crowds will come. :D

It's good to see the season tickets selling well and hopefully we will get a bigger crowd this season but to be honest last year's average of just under 20,000 was not to be snifffed at considering some of the rubbish we played and where we finished in the league.

I am old enough to remember the teams of the sixties & seventies onwards so my favourite player/players were Bill Glazier brilliant goalie unlucky not to play for England and Tommy Hutchinson (enough said)
