Best I have seen 4-1 at Blackburn. For a league game it would be the 4-1 at Barnsley opening game of the season a few years ago. Worst would be either Bristol last year or Crewe a few years ago where we lost 4-1

Talisman and captain are different things. I am not saying that Malaga should be captain but he can be a leader. I think the captain should be wood.

You don't have to speak the language to be a leader. The way you play, how you react to going behind or referees decisions and putting your body on the line amongst ither thingss show whether your a leader or not.

I dont think we really have one who would provide all those qualities. I think that the one with a bit of quality and who can do something unexpected, and who most away fans would think of when thinking of Coventry, would be McSheffrey. He does't provide the leadership qualities you outlined...
