I hadn't seen this mentioned but Sheff Utd are losing Cameron Archer.
They bought him from Villa for £18m but then Villa had an obligation to buy back for £14m if they got relegated. Never heard of a transfer like that before.
It's a minor op with a 5-6 week recovery period - it's not going to stop any transfers.
Also, he posted ridiculous numbers despite playing in pain for a few months - imagine what he can now do fully fit!
The Ukrainians believe that if they give up any territory now it will just give Putin the green light to take more in the future.

This has been explained several times before but in the event that Gyokeres is sold in a part exchange deal we still get money. Any players included are valued as part of the deal and we still get our percentage.
He signed a new 5 year deal when they were in the prem so is under contract until 2027 (apparently on 15k a week).
He's gone backwards the last two seasons, his best chance is a loan somewhere (hopefully not to us).
