Has apparently been offered a contract with City. 29 yr old left back, played for Everton and PSV. Currently at Man City.

Forest offered £1.6 mil and that was rejected so I doubt it's as little as £1.5. Still thoroughly annoyed by this, but what can we do? :mad:

Dunno mate, I see us struggling like mad at the moment. I don't see us finding the quality we need.

I'm gutted he's going, it's going to be a really long slog this season as it seems Coleman isn't going to get the money to reinvest.

Seems once again an agent has cost City a good player-shades of Mifsud methinks! I'm glad the club are standing firm on this and not doing business with agents demanding stupid money. It's just a shame Clingan isn't able to tell his representives where to go!

1-1, not a bad result considering they're only just back. Apparently Dimi was to blame for their goal. I was gonna go but Wrexham is too far really for a friendly. I've learnt my lesson, I went to the Port Vale away on a Friday night pre-season game!

Not played it but did enjoy the others. I gather they've changed the controls around quite a bit?

Welcome to the board fella! I think we need to bring in at least 3 or 4 quality players if we want to make any serious impact next year. Trouble is quality costs money!

I'd be surprised if any of the other key players were sold unless silly offers came in. If that were to happen then the club needs to look at them, realistically. I just wish we were speculating about players coming in, rather than those leaving!

I really don't see us being able to mount much of a challenge next season, Cardiff have signed 5 and spent a fair wodge, we've lost our captain and we haven't signed anyone yet. I badly want us to push for play-offs next season, but at best I see us finishing in the same sort of positiion next...

We just need to wait and see what happens, I guess. What will be will be, I've seen so many good players leave this club I've become philosphical about it all, to be honest. Oh, and you need to update your sig pic, Vic. :D

There's no way the club would sell to another Championship side, and I don't think United would have the money to be honest. If players, like Dann, for example, want to leave, then let them. No-one can be considered bigger than the club. I seriously doubt Westwood and Fox have been told that...

I don't blame Nick, to be honest, I know he's busy with other things too.
