    Waghorn.....

I wasn't overawed when we signed him as it's a clear departure from our usual type. But to me he looks like an intelligent and skilful footballer - a cut above the other strikers in that respect. I think we'll see him becoming the 4th wheel in the Dabo/Hamer/O'Hare triangle of good footballers...

    Out the door

For context when McFadzean was 20-23 he played for Alfreton Town. Players develop at different rates. Drysdale may or may not be good enough. But just because he's not an automatic starter in the Championship at 21 doesn't mean he can't be in the future.

Why are we suddenly against Waghorn? He looked like a good footballer on Sunday... I like Walker too by the way.

It was me who mentioned him. I’d love to see it just so I could see what fatso has to say.

    Behind the goal

I've gone block 30. In ordinary times I reckon having the top 5 or 10 rows around the whole ground netted off could have worked for compacting crowd and making it feel busier. Guess distancing won't allow that now.

    Robins long term target

Exactly. Literally every footballer has played their first game at some point. It’s not a metric to measure quality. And actually if you take a punt on somebody without experience you can end up with better quality than somebody with 100/200/300 games behind them.

Dujon Sterling had never played a senior first team game when he signed for us. He wasn’t bad was he?

Is Clarke-Salter a genuine link? I'd be pleased with that.

    Robins long term target

Blimey - I didn't realise quite how clueless you were. This is a thread about "Robins long term target" and this is what he said about 24 hours ago. Shouldn't have been too difficult to remember. “I will make a decision on that very soon but I am hoping to get my long-term target over the line...

Who would you sign that Fatso? And don’t just say Ostigard ffs.

    Robins long term target

Haha ok. Btw Levi Colwill who’s just gone on loan to Huddersfield from Chelsea has never played a first team game either. But also very highly rated. Based on what you’ve said previously I don’t suppose you’ll have ever heard of him but let’s see how he gets on this year and revisit this. I...

    Robins long term target

Ha what nonsense. Drysdale not being able to get near our first team is no way comparable to a young lad not getting near the Chelsea team.

He's a Northern Ireland international at 19 and I've specifically read articles saying he's the real deal...

    Robins long term target

I read about Sam McClelland from Chelsea being a top prospect. Northern Ireland international centre half. 19 years old, 6"3, and never had a loan out. Never seen him play but on paper he sounds like a fit for us.

I would like a pacy striker on loan too but that is almost certainly wishful thinking.

Quite impressed with that. Decent shape and a few a nice moments going forward. Waghorn with a couple of lovely touches and flicks. He looks like an intelligent player.
