The financial arguement for a new ground

God knows why anyone would think SISU can make the club profitable by moving us to a new stadium. You all know that only a handful of Premier League clubs make a profit, right? We don't have a future with SISU.

After today report, it's time for a new club

Not sure what it'd take for you lot to want a new club. Man Utd simply didn't like their owners and being in debt (not that it has affected their spending or success in any way). What is her next threat if she can't get planning permission? Can you lot really wait 5 or more years for a...

Im starting to change my mind

What this stupid woman doesn't understand is that if it takes 5-10 years to return to Coventry there won't be a fan base left.

    kcic @ Jimmy's Hill v sheff u - provisional ideas

To be fair I'm used or not seeing them. It's a dangerous habit as far as our support levels are concerned. The club have lost the 3 family members I used to go with - they've pretty much moved on.

Yeah that's true. A poll will decide that we all want to do different things, and will split us. We need to agree on action. I get the comment above about people staying at home to watch it, but I'll record it and watch it back. This is more important to me.

I'm not sure people want super fan status, they just want the club back ASAP. That's what I want. Staying away is good as far as NOPM goes, but I'd love to see everyone make a one-off effort v Sheff utd

    kcic @ Jimmy's Hill v sheff u - provisional ideas

The hill is right there, looming over the ground. It works as far as NOPM goes, and shows the efforts we will go to in order to protest. The sky cameras won't be able to avoid it. The main aim should be to drown out the commentators and crowd inside with drums, horns, whistles, anything...

I agree. The crowd inside has to remain tiny every week, otherwise the message gets confused.

Thanks mate, I actually had no idea what Grendel was (hadn't bothered to look it up). Makes perfect sense now. I'd genuinely love to know if the poster is a supporter of a rival club, or supports a team at all. I assume he does have an interest in football as he knows a bit.

Well that's where you're wrong actually, investors will often be provided with a breakdown of the main funds invested in. It's the outside world that this won't be disclosed to. Why do you persist in these massively unpopular opinions that nothing the fans do matters, and that SISU can lose as...

Also, without knowing the other investments that make up their portfolios you have no idea how SISU are performing overall - or the risk model the investors are in and what percentage this failed investment makes up of that.

Extremely aware. Do you think it means that losses on one portion of their portfolio are irrelevant?

Oh dear. Supporting Andy Thorn is very different to supporting SISU.

Oh good , SISU's cheerleader is here. The man who leaves every thread that isn't going his way. What solutions do you have to the mess our club is in Grendle?

Over the top? We play in Northampton in League 1... ...they took us on in Coventry and playing in the Championship... What would it actually take to piss you off?

    Fans are slowly winning..

Of course I hate SISU, don't you? I've got no time for anyone who doesn't. They've removed our football club from the City it represents after nearly 130 years of being in Coventry. If you want to stick up for them and play the problems down then I've for no time for your opinions.

I very much doubt our wage bill is anywhere near what you believe it to be. I'm not sure what your point is. I'm delighted that we're doing so well with this threadbare squad, and hope it continues when the pitches deteriorate over Xmas, and injuries kick in. My point was that this form is...

Pressley gelling such a young cheap side like this is fantastic. Lucky for SISU as usually such cost cutting ends in failure.
