Times his challenges extremely well, rarely getting skinned or giving away a foul - and also extremely composed in possession. I like Christie too, and I think we should rotate them depending on who we're facing.

Barton is the most talented player at the club and still young (21 I think). Talent-wise he's Premier League. Work rate wise he's non-league. I'm hoping with experience he'll put more work in and start heading and tackling.

I'd keep Elliot, he looked half decent early in the season. As for ROD, well he doesn't fit our style of play. He's league 1 standard - but we want to be back in the Championship and he won't get us there.
