    Swindon vs Coventry Matchday Thread

Di Canio on the Ricoh Arena: “I played there (Coventry) when the stadium was new. Maybe the built the stadium the year before I went there with West Ham. “I scored the first goal, I created the second goal for Joe Cole, we won 3-0. “It was amazing to see them play against Stevenage, the...

    kilbane and carsley with academy

Kevin Kilbane of 5 years ago = good player (too good for this level). Kilbane now = too old and slow.

    JPT Draw

National TV; from sitting with the ever annoying farmer voiced 'Hells Bells' saying cringe worthy things. I think it's a step up. He chose to leave soccer am remember. Nah, not for me - I think he's a really good presenter. Know quite a few people who think so too. I think it's just a...

Paolo: I would love some city players...

Mind games from Di Canio. Let's hope they don't work. Must be very entertaining having him as Manager.

    thorn vs robins...

At the end of the day we all have to admit that Thorn wasn't the best man for the job. He also wasn't the worst. He tried to play attractive football and did his best with absolutely shit resources. It now transpires that his approach of being the players' best mate wasn't getting the best...

    How much is too much?

Football is too expensive in this country. CFFC happen to be one of the cheapest to go and watch; but it's still over priced.

Bell ... give him a break.

The guy deserves the same chance everyone else does. He's scheduled to be fit in the coming weeks and might never get injured again - who knows! Enough of this stupid "we must get shot of him" rubbish. He's a good player who's been unlucky.

Bell ... give him a break.

You people can't criticize someone for being injured! Nobody chooses to be injured. I've been injured for 18months now and f*cking LOVE playing football. It's not a reason to give someone stick. I remember the majority of City fans slagging Turner off before he came good; although nobody...

Paolo: I would love some city players...

IMO a fit David Bell, played in the correct system, is a good player. He has the best right foot at the club.

Love it. Makes me feel confident about our prospects for the rest of the season.

    Will turn around bring investment?

I know nothing of leases. What happens at the end of the lease? If CCFC buy 50% of ACL for £10mil, does that become worthless in 42/43 year's time? Therefore with each year that passes it's potentiality less worth doing?
