    hoffman to meet CCFC board

Good news. There goes the excuse from certain non-protesters that nobody's trying to buy us. Take the offer SISU and sod off! :blue:

Is our Squad that Bad now?

This thread's making me laugh. What a difference a win makes - suddenly SISU aren't all that bad and we have a top half squad thanks to our generous benefactors. Nevermind the fact that for much of this season we've had to field academy players and that SISU have sold the man who has scored...

    Big changes ahead this week

There's just no telling with SISU. Best to just expect the worst as they have no interest in this football club.

    McPake to Hibs

Shame, I liked his no nonsense approach but always injured.

    Big changes ahead this week

Because the likes of you are pretending our wage bill is decent - hence our squad decent as you want to use it to beat Andy Thorn over the head with.

    Big changes ahead this week

It's certainly one of the lowest. There is no way the numerous academy players who make up a big chunk of our squad are on big money. I find it unbelievable that there are people out there fighting SISU's corner.

    Big changes ahead this week

Sorry mate, I think our wage bill must be one of, if the THE, lowest in the Championship. The SISU arseholes won't even let us employ a fitness coach.

Did Jukebox suit our style of play?

McSheffrey is quick over a few yards, i.e 'nippy' - but not quick in a straight race in the way Cyrus Christie is. I would say Juke fit in well with our style of play - it was not having a partner with pace that screwed us over. Based on yesterday's performance from Nimley - he and Juke...

    Big changes ahead this week

I'm not ashamed to say that if Richard Keogh goes I will cry like a little girl. F*** you SISU you scum.

Manager's don't half talk some crap at times

What in particular is it that he makes up? I'd say about 90% of managers are worse.

Manager's don't half talk some crap at times

Thorn doesn't talk shit - it's called being positive and keeping the players' confidence up.

    Bell

Depends what you mean by shite. He's certainly got talent. Most of the players on the pitch can't do the things he's capable of.
  13. @richh87

    I agree with Ian

Never 4-3-3. It was the diamond again - but people won't want to hear that as it stops them moaning about the diamond

Amongst the doom and gloom 2 new players arrive

I'm looking forward to a bit of pace upfront and hopefully more solidity and composure at the back from HH. It is very unusual for a team in our position to lose so many games so narrowly. Our lack of pace has really cost us this season but it's a rare commodity in this division and i'm...

    Where's the Sky Blue Trust?

I don't see how them making a napkin-sized banner and some crap coffee tables will help us anyway.
  16. @richh87

    Another Icelander...?

Wierd - why would he be allowed to come on trial to a club who are unlikely to stump up the cash to buy him?!

    New loan, Striker from Newcastle

Also heard a guy in the naughty corner a few games back saying Juke is lazy and O'Donovan should play in his place as he works harder. Just don't get how people come to these conclusions.

    New loan, Striker from Newcastle

Used to have City supporters saying he was lazy. Judging him on stats is fine - as is having an opinion, but some fans are just thick. The guy collapsed of exhaustion after one game and always put his body on the line!

    Late Kick Off tonight

Keys is doing a lot more to save our club than any of the people moaning about him. Well done Richard - keep it up! This isn't the X Factor - just support him towards achieving our common goal.
