After some extensive research (20 mins) across some some of the finest data miners known to date (Wikipedia, football manager) I’ve come up with the following:
I would like:
Eirik Horneland
Kim Hellberg
Denis Lawrence
Graham Potter (dreaming)
I would accept:
Robbie Keane
Brian Barry-Murphy...
Biggest concern for me now is the fan destabilisation and how that could affect the new guy coming in. He actually would have been better sacking him weeks ago …
I expected this weeks ago before the wins, but I still find this strange timing.
Ultimately, he’s paid the price for losing to a league 1 team. I felt last night the players were more at fault (purely personal opinion I know others feel different).
I’ve purposely tried to avoid getting back in to this, but to me - tonight - was fully on the players. Unlucky with the goals, yes, but that screamed league 1 match tonight. We need a Roy Keane type captain to come in and rip them all a new one.
Eccles was the only one for me who could hold his head up high.
Rudoni was horrendous.
The worst team I’ve seen come here and we couldn’t do anything. Pitiful. A genuine league 1 match.
Needed that.
Although we’ve sat back (which I don’t like) the players have a notable increase in self belief (ignoring the Dovin one, I agree with what others said about mistakes being inevitable).
