    Scg meeting notes from Thursday

I do generally agree but the sad reality is being "pro ccfc" and trying to get all parties to work together is not enough. Being anti-owners, council, wasps and being a nuisance is the only way something may possibly change. Only issue being it may be detrimental to the football club - it's...

    Scg meeting notes from Thursday

You would need someone very clever to front it. Difficult - but essentially it would be possible. It is the only way something would be achievable IMO.

    Scg meeting notes from Thursday

I wasn't specifically talking about NOPM - but people need to realise that for something to change it may be detrimental to CCFC.

    Scg meeting notes from Thursday

I completely agree with you. The issue being I think to actually achieve getting rid of the owners it may be detrimental to CCFC.

    Scg meeting notes from Thursday

Unite against the owners. For the 10% that was actually helpful we say thank you, but for the 90% of failures it is time to go. The club is as good as dead while they own us - we need our own ground to be financially viable yet they won't build anything, and can't anyway because of the political...

    Scg meeting notes from Thursday

I have my opinion on stuff, so does everyone else. This is not the time for that anymore. no matter what your opinion of steve, the trust, or any other fan - this is exactly what they wanted to happen - fan disunity. It is time to unite.

    Scg meeting notes from Thursday

Christ reading that is unreal. TF really trying to put SBR in a position. Another "don't look at us look at them" moment. The whole thing is tosh. The SCG was set up to improve match-day experience - probably discussed in less than half of those minutes. Fair play Steve, I know you have the...

    Mark Venus

We've won 2 games under him FFS. This is the perfect scenario - if he/the club decide it isn't working out in a few games we get somebody in. If it does work he carries on and everyone will want to bow at his feet. Nobody is ever happy.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Whilst I said what I said above - this is all just tosh. "Being proud" to be self governing - I didn't realise we were not. Which European laws do you not agree with? After all we did (do still currently I guess) have a say in them. Nobody is putting British people down. If Dave came back and...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

I think that's an unfair comment. I voted remain, but If there were another vote held I would vote leave because people should accept democracy for what it is. It's not about who was right or wrong now it's about making the best of what we have. It's not about "well we told you so" it's about...

    Early retirements

I'm not sure if it is Jonno actually ..... I'm sure jonno had 3-1 to city and was the only guy in the stand screaming "NOOOO!" when we sunk the 4th .......

Coventry City ground share with Coventry RFC at Butts Park Arena could be back on

Cov bears do play there as well yes, however the rugby league season doesn't run at the same time (there is some crossover).

If Wasps publicly declared they wanted to buy CCFC

I agree they do appear to have done a lot - but at least admit they are doing it for their own gain. They moved here - they need to try and get as many people on board as possible. They gave free tickets out because the RFU are paying them for each free ticket used. Like I said previously...

Coventry City ground share with Coventry RFC at Butts Park Arena could be back on

It's worth noting though that looking at pics it seems their ground has a lot of standing areas which would increase the capacity.

Coventry City ground share with Coventry RFC at Butts Park Arena could be back on

My actual opinion differs slightly. I think they would be close to a deal. A temporary deal yes - I think they will negotiate a temporary deal with CRFC in order to distress Wasps and still get the ricoh cheap.

If Wasps publicly declared they wanted to buy CCFC

If you don't see the similarities then what hope is there? They are essentially a hedge fund based in Malta. They have signed a few decent players this year but they are rolling the dice. They currently receive money from the RFU for every free ticket which actually goes through the turnstile...

If Wasps publicly declared they wanted to buy CCFC

As much as I despise them and their similarities to SISU - I think begrudgingly I would have to say yes. Would rather someone else did though ........
