Bit far to go there…
it’s a family meet up (sister and brother-in-law) and a bit of a tradition with us now, or else I would make it myself 😂
although, mine is a not quite a full English. No tomatoes or mushrooms thanks.
A mate of mine went in there once, not knowing what it was like. He got a pint and sat down in the corner. Few minutes went by, and a football gets kicked and knocks his pint over. 2 lads having a kick about in the pub ! Landlady comes over with a fresh pint and advises him not to take make a fuss…
Ah Franny. Would get tackled 2m outside the box and end up well inside.
seems it’s happened again…
never liked him after seeing him do that to us at Maine Road, and won a penalty… Cup match I think
The acceptable levels are lower these days too. Below 3 is ok.
My LDL was over 5, so was told to reduce it. Got to 4.8 and thought I was a hero, then they said it’s coming down, but needs to be below 3…..
yes, I was there, and an old neighbour of mine from years ago, but no idea who he is on here. He thought we should all go and block the roads...(hardly enough of us to block a cycle path...) I'm wondering if he's part of the "stop new oil" group now....
I was at Bressigham Steam Museum & Gardens on Wednesday, and I found out what happened to the old Sky Blue Special train from the 60's ;)
(Just to say, it's not actually the sky blue special...)
So, you haven’t been able to get tickets since 1995. Bad luck mate, but you don’t need to make excuses about missing the best festival of the lot for all that time…. ;)
Seen them a few times, and always were excellent. They have a huge portfolio of great songs. I think they are brilliant. Best rock band around, and have been for 20+ years. But, it’s all about personal taste I guess.
