Second half Kitchen was launching it long generally towards BTA and what ever his relative strengths winning those types of headers isn’t one of them.

I think the point is that this season Robins chopped and changed from Match to match which doesn’t help build players confidence or understanding on the pitch. I think Dovin has been excellent since he was reintroduced into the team, I do think Frank prefers a more experienced and vocal keeper...

Spot on We are less cavalier now which at times is less exciting but we do look a little tighter at the back and more in control. Frank won it all at club level but most of his many managers were pragmatists and it should be no surprise that we see such traits in him.

I’m not suggesting Binks is the answer or even a better player. I’m simply making the point that Kitchin can be erratic in his decision making and distribution and that was evident yesterday. That’s not a quality that most managers will want in a centre half.

I thought it was a typical Asante performance ….. never stopped running and trying, his finish was really just a blast not a composed finish and he plays with his head down when in possession which is why his final output os often sub par. He’s a very likeable guy but a bit short on quality.

Are King, Frank and Austin aligned on transfers ?? Frank keeps picking the players we are told are lined up to be sold. Strange.

Sounds like Lati will go in the summer. He’s obviously been made aware Frank is ok with him leaving so that’s a pretty clear message ….. why would he now want to stay any longer than he has to ??

Good question…. Wright older but maybe more proven. Wright has the athletic build to step up a level not sure Cannon does. Cannon has more time to improve. cannon has gone for £10m plus promotion add ons.

Yes my apologies. Paterson is a comparable if not better player which is why he is without a club, whilst the other 2 have signed lucrative contracts in the championship. Jeez.

Frank can’t say we haven’t decided yet whether to sign him or not but by the way he’s done his medical and the contract is agreed. Once they decided Frank would dead bat the main question the rest of the questions had to fall in line too.
