its a forgone conclusion that Newcastle will come straight back up, the relegated clubs are nearly always too strong for the rest of the league to compete with. whilst the present league position suggest Wasps are certainly relegation candidates it would still be relatively major shock if it was...

I know they are and my post agrees with you by stating their contracts are owned by the clubs. England Rugby only has first choice of the players in the PL due to agreements made between the RFU and PLR and nothing contractually.
