You need 3 keepers at a club. He’s absolutely fine as the 3rd choice keeper for the money he would be on. The problem is the 2nd choice keeper. Hopefully he comes in now and shuts people like me up and manages to stop parrying everything straight to the strikers.

Tbh if we miss the playoffs now then Lampard still gets a free pass for me. He’s put us in this position which is more than I expected (full Lampard sceptic here btw) so he’s earned the right to miss play-offs and still be seen as a successful year 1 for me.
