If it’s true SISU owed him money and basically gave him the club instead of cash why is that a negative on King and why argue over whether that counts as buying the club or not?

Well the 6m he’s put in is nearly 25% of 25m, so there’s that… Why would he need to set foot in it? Presumably he would have got someone with relevant knowledge to value the place but he was also having to make decisions on the fly so I wouldn’t read too much into it.

If they had there would have been less value in the club and not enough to square their debts with King. As above he likely insisted on keeping them. As to why I think DK knows this would be a challenge but relished the idea and he’s clearly thrown himself into it and enjoying himself.

Let’s say we got the stadium for free tomorrow. It’s still losing money and you need an events team, maintenance, PR etc all working to keep it going to generate revenue in the hope you make a profit. Best left to someone else IMO.

When people say the AI boom is going to increase productivity massively what they forgot is chat GPT is best at stuff like this and actually pretty useless for real work.
