Can't speak for today as I couldn't go, but when I've watched him, he seems to thrive of Maddison in behind him. He was quiet all game v Oldham last week but when JM came on he seemed to perk up and make more runs. Was it similar today?
So what about Armstrong missing his chance at the very start of the game? He's been training for years? You truly believe players won't make mistakes after it's been "drummed into them"? Players of all ages make mistakes!!!
No chance on earth that clubs targeting potential weak points in RCC will cost us going up.
If we don't go up, it will be because we don't deserve it. RCC saved us a point at Bradford but that seems to have been forgotten. He will save us more points than he will cost us.
Some of the posts on this thread are complete and utter waffle. Anyone who can't see his arm being tugged needs their eyes testing. Hes a very good YOUNG goalkeeper who will make mistakes. However, yesterday he made no mistakes.
They had done their homework and put every corner on his head...
Armstrong is screaming out for these two together. He feeds off through balls to run on to. Maddison nearly put him in towards the second half. Apart from the first minute chance, that was about as dangerous he looked. He's a Michael Owen type, he needs the intelligence of others to put him in...
I'm amazed Lameiras was left twiddling his thumbs on the bench after last weekend. Every time I watch him I think he plays well. Disappointed with the result, Oldham deserved the equaliser although it came in the harshest way. But it was coming.
Concerning performance but hopefully we're...
I love TM and trust him but my god why no JOB. His energy is so vital to the team.
I'm not being negative or defeatist I'm just saying Col U away and Saturday v Gills JOB was pure class both games.
I will applaud SISU for the appointment of TM and MV etc. but I will never forgive what they put us through.
If we get promotion I will happily hold my hands up and congratulate them. But I won't forgive or forget the past.
