    Red card

Ok, let me get my head around this........ If the red card is rescinded, then Fadz shouldn’t have been sent off and therefore it shouldn’t have been a penalty and we wouldn’t have gone 2-0 down at that stage of the game and we could have staged a comeback when the score stood at 1-0...

    On This Day 1968

City v Manchester United first time in top flight football at a fire ravaged HR. Won 2-0 goalscorers Machin and Setters. The 'Holy Trinity' was one short, Law didn't play. It was a shit day.... my sister only went and got married that day so I wasn't there to watch us beat the eventual...

    Big sky blue news tomorrow

If it's all true it's got to be better than playing at St Andrews, surely? Irrespective of all the shit that's gone on over the years and ignoring the fact Wasps 'own' the stadium, we're hopefully going to be back playing in the stadium that was built for us in the short to medium term. As...

    Ian St John

I liked this tale written at the time he was at Liverpool.. There was a Methodist church in Liverpool and someone had put up an advertisement on a board outside the church: JESUS SAVES!. By the next morning there was a piece of graffiti added to the notice by an anonymous Liverpool supporter...

It is unrealistic but... Own the Ricoh (at least half of it at least) or Build a new stadium at Warwick Uni?

Lofty Lee, one of the few masters I had a huge respect for. Did amazing groundworks around the school with his team of lads that struggled a bit academically. Hats off to eachvand everyone of them.

    Highfield Road stand question?

Not sure it was totally destroyed in the fire, I know we had to get temporary seating in pretty damn quick to facilitate the Manchester United game a few days later. I didn't get to go, my bloody sister had to go and get married that day and I was an usher. 16th March 1968??? I didn't know...

    Highfield Road stand question?

Definitely the main stand, destroyed by fire in 68 just before we played Manchester United (Charlton, Law, Best et al). Most of the clubs records were burnt along with the 2nd division champions cup. The Sky Blue stand was built in 63 I think.

    CET: Richard shaw sacked

I agree Block19, he may be seen as a legend, but take it from me he's a thoroughly dislikeable person, he's rude and arrogant. He almost destroyed an old chum of mine son's career in the way he went about telling him he wouldn't make the grade at the city. Yes we need to start afresh and...

    Really!!!!!!!

Coventry City manager Richard Shaw said City not taking their chances and Crewe taking theirs was the reason, they lost at Gresty Road yesterday. Speaking to the Press Associaton, Shaw said: "There wasn't much in it but it was a poor goal to concede and I was really disappointed with our...
