Supporters Forum groups pledge Ricoh Arena deal support

I think this is the seriously important part, the Trust need to explain their decision (maybe they have already elsewhere, I haven't looked) as otherwise it seems an odd set of statements to disagree with, in full or in part.

    Wasps "fans"

Yeah I couldn't imagine people actually 'converting', it would be more those people only wanting to watch top level rugby. It could be very interesting should Cov ever make it to the Premiership, it would take quite a lot of further investment to put them in the hunt for that though I'd think.

    Wasps "fans"

I can, CRFC havent been near the top tier in donkeys years and suddenly one of the more successful sides in the coubtry turns up with european rugby every season. It would be like Spurs/Arsenal rocking up in Telford. I do wonder if CRFC attendances have been hit, difficult to tell maybe as they...

    Reinvesting money

You're right! Forgetting the sale of one of my childhood heroes there!

    Wasps "fans"

I suppose the other possibility is that they genuinely support both and are trying to show solidarity across fans of both clubs? Pretty misguided if so but I doubt they're deliberately on a wind up, how bored would you have to be for that considering the weather on Saturday!

    Reinvesting money

I think we took a big risk on Bellamy given his injury, he ultimately showed himself to be a good player (and total twat) but probably needed his season with us to get fit and used to PL level. Could you class Keane as being signed with the money from Dublin? If not then I think I'm struggling...

    Wasps "fans"

Presumably not to any of those as there's no history of friction between CCFC and the Yankees. Personally I don't think Wasps clothing should be banned at games but I'd certainly expect to receive some verbals/stares if I were wearing it at a CCFC game.

    CCFC, Otium & JR2

Tax, complicated? Surely not! I definitely see this whole saga rumbling through into Spring/early Summer, some serious brinkmanship going on right to the wire. Quite what the outcome is going to be I don't think I can guess.

    CCFC, Otium & JR2

How does that work? The losses are assumedly cumulative over however long they have owned the club, can they then be offset against any tax bill at the point the asset ceases to exist? I remember someone at work surmising that one possible reason for SISU continuing to own the club was to use...

Imagine if Mike Ashley stepped in......

She'd certainly bring a different approach to team bonding

Imagine if Mike Ashley stepped in......

Wasn't Jordan supposed to have been looking at CCFC at some point in the last couple of years?

    Player Ratings

Incredibly frustrating result, I thought we bossed the first half and looked well set to hit them on the break and close the game down in the 2nd....how wrong can you get! Burge - 6 Bad mistake balanced by a very good save. His decisions seemed iffy today but hopefully these performances are...

They'd raise billions if they had Joy running round the track being whipped

    Good i suppose....?

Is it standard practice to have a cuddle afterwards? Don't remember any of that going on in that documentary I saw with Danny Dyer.

    Open Letter to Supporters

Yeah that could have been an option. Of course you'd then have to expect everyone to start wanting their own expert so they could have a good fall out about it.

Do you mean why would the Council say it? If so then I'd imagine because it was an easy way of solving a political issue at the time, without actually promising anything meaningful. Very cynical but that's my take I guess.

    New ‘City’ flag

Yes, or if they're going to offer a modern take on something then just produce something that isn't total shite.

    Open Letter to Supporters

I meant in terms of getting a deal that a.n.other party would sign up to (their priority seeming at the time to have been to find owners for the stadium that weren't SISU) and that would actually be enforceable down the line. I doubt for example they could have insisted on a clause forcing Wasps...

    Watford fans...a model for good?

Sounds like Man Utd's transfer policy in recent seasons....hasn't stuck just yet!
