    Sol Campbell

Would largely agree with that. However there are some really, really bang average pundits out there annoyingly - both men and women. I find Jamie Redknapp and Alex Scott as bad as each other on Sky. Merson gets a gig purely because it's funny for simpletons when he mispronounces a foreign name

Yeah - one of the opinions I had was to fill in the tunnels with bone graft and then do the ACL after that had set, therefore using a new tunnel. 2 separate ops. Thankfully other opinions have said they don't need to do that. Had a local guy from London suburbs where I live. Next one will be...

Wahey Bantz. I'm one of the most injury prone blokes around

    Jodi Jones

The initial recovery (ie. first few weeks post-op) was easier and quicker for me for the reason I outlined above – I was off crutches faster, swelling went down faster, was able to get going with exercises faster than after the first op. Unfortunately I did mine again 6 months later, and my 3rd...

Would have expected that - they usually re-use the same tunnels that were made in the first op, so there is naturally less trauma to the knee to recover from. I experienced similar. Glad to hear he's progressing well.

    Bosma goes out on loan

Exactly same level as them and Tamworth. Really odd signing if he can't even get a Conference North/South loan gig

11 wins from 19 remaining games to make playoffs

Definitely possible but I can't see any of the current top 6 dropping off, as long as they hang on to their key men. Think the main challengers from the rest will be us, Peterborough, Burton and Blackpool, don't really see the others as much of a threat although there will inevitably be a...

    Incoming ! - Bright Enobakhare

Would imagine he will, not much point in him staying here when we have 4 strikers already on the books - he needs to be starting games and getting experience of playing week in, week out as opposed to the odd sub appearance here and there with us.

    Bright Enobakhare from Wolves.

    This winters Cricket thread

I half expect the Windies to win 1 test, quite possibly the St. Lucia one as the track there is more conducive to seamers. They are tough to beat in their own backyard and their attack of Roach, Gabriel and Holder is pretty good. That said, their batting will probably let them down so expect...

Allassani and McCallum on for Mason and Doyle. Who’s taken the armband?

    Burge, Willis and Davies

Agreed - he used to ball watch a little when the oppo were in and around the box but as you say, his concentration and marking has improved a lot.

    Burge, Willis and Davies

Davies is very replaceable I'd say, for all his cult hero status he is essentially a lower league clogger who is good at heading and kicking it away. That you can replace. Pace and athleticism are far harder to come by, which is why Willis would be a huge loss.

    Burge, Willis and Davies

Be surprised if Willis stays. Think he could do a job in the mid to lower end Championship purely with his pace, if paired alongside a dominant brute type CB.

Nice to read some cogent updates rather than Nick’s aimless negative rambling. Thankyou

    Burge Maybe on the move

Said it before on here, new contracts for him and Willis really need to be the highest priority for us.
