It was a great night and all 3 of them came across really well. Gus said that we would sign him but it was all dependant on promotion to the Championship. Then of course, the season stopped and he was sweating on the announcement from the Football League that were going up.

It seems to be Boddy saying that the EFL wouldnt allow us to switch fixtures around and hasn't explained why. I can't think of a reason why they wouldn't given the circumstances, so are we sure that Boddy actually asked the question? I'm not!

No. Not going to watch a game that MR isn't bothered about. Learned my lesson going to Cheltenham for the Checkatrade (or whatever it was then) , a few years ago.

There's a difference between a fan having a lack of ambition and having enough sense to know that the way our owners operate the club means that ambition won't be fulfilled. I'd love to see us up there trying to win the championship/get promoted, but I know deep down it is unlikely. Doesn't stop...
